Snorkeling

 

If you haven´t seen the world right below the water line, -You haven´t seen half of The Philippines!!

 

 

 

Right at the end of our pier, you will find a vast and unspoiled coral reef, 

1,5 km long and 50 m wide .  - One of the largest in busuanga.

 

Here you can spend days, discovering new spicies.

At 17 .m you will see our own private house Wreck, - always a dive, included your certifications as well as night dives.

 Lot´s of Lionfish, Huge Jacks and Groupers.Turtles, Crocodile fishes, Rays, Racer, Trikker, Sweetlips, Cuttlefisk and Nemo´s, are among common fishes here. Count all spicies on the reef, - you will find more than 1000 differnt..

And a House wreck for free divers !!

 

Glass Bottom boat

If you prefer, - or bring small children...

We offer Glass bottom boat tours on the reef.

It has no engine, so it is nice and silent, we paddle you around to see the whole reef.

 And to rent it with a guide; Php. 500 per hour.   Max. 6 people.                        

 

 

We have Dugongs (Sea cows) on the North Side of the reef, -

they are always there, but most easy to see from March - June.

Really endangered, and we are lucky when we spot them..

 

Million of reef fishes, in all shapes and sizes.

Corals from 0 - 15 M in all the colours of the rainbow.

 

 

 

Snorkel on top of a Wreck, maybe while your

partner is diving on it at the same time....

 

We have 3 World War ll wrecks, that you

actually can see from the surface.

 

Lusong Gunboat; Depth; 0-8 m.

East Tangat Wreck; Depth; 4-18 m.

Okikawa; depth; 5-27 m

 

Calambuyan offer coral reef from 0 - 20 M, around the whole Island.

Nice beach where you can have your lunch in the shade of trees, and wonderful local Caretaker family, who make sure, that the Island is nice and clean.

 

 

Lusong gunboat is lying in the middle of a vast

shallow reef, and are covered with corals. It

is a beautiful site for snorkeling and diving.

 

East Tangat Wreck is quite intact, but no corals

here. Still it is a nice destination, with stiff cliffs

in the back ground.

 

Okikawa is the biggest wreck in Busuanga, and

the top is covered with corals. Sometimes the current here is to storng, and the visibility not always

for snorkeling. - But when possible..WOW..

 

 

Snorkel gear is possible to rent in the Dive Shop

They can also give you lessons - if you want, and not familiar

using the equipment.

 

 

Wet Suit can be a good idea to rent, if you do not bring an old

T-shirt, you can wear when you snorkel.

time pass fast, and the sun is burning your skin twice as fast in the surface.

 

 

   Rent a torch, and go night   

   snorkelling,-

   you will hear the Lionfish "bark" -

   meet lobsters, sleeping fishes..
